NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS (BZA)

The Bedford Township Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) will hold a “Regular Board Meeting” to hold variance hearings on Monday, October 6, 2008 at 7:00 P.M.,8100 Jackman Road, Bedford Township Government Center, Board Room (Second Floor), Temperance, MI 48182 for the purpose of considering the following:

1. The Appeal of William Tenney, 1127 S. Park Drive, Temperance, MI 48182, requesting a 1.00 ± foot side yard set-back variance (Ordinance 400.1800) for a proposed “dwelling addition”, in an R-3 District (One Family Residential District), on land described as 58-02-015-076-00, 1127 S. Park Drive.

2. The Appeal of Timothy D. Janney, 3818 Consear Road, Lambertville, MI 48144, requesting an 8.00 ± foot side yard set-back variance (Ordinance 400.1800) for a proposed “attached garage and utility room”, in an R-1 District (One Family Residential District) and LVOD District (Lambertville Village Overlay District), on land described as 58-02-019-043-10, 3818 Consear Road.

3.  The Appeal of Thomas L. Renshaw, 4034 Section Road, Lambertville, MI 48144, requesting a minimum lot width variance of eighty feet (80.00’) on Section Road for a proposed land division (Ordinance 301.000 and 400.1800) and land combination, within an R-2A District (One Family Residential District), on land described as 58-02-031-023-10, 4032 Section Road.
