BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS (BZA)

The Bedford Township Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) will hold a “Regular Board Meeting” to hold a variance hearing on Monday, May 5, 2008 at 7:00 P.M.,

8100 Jackman Road, Bedford Township Government Center, Board Room (Second Floor), Temperance, MI 48182 for the purpose of considering the following:

1.  The Appeal of Kroger Company, 4111 Executive Pkwy, Westerville, OH 43081, Dale E. Hinkelman their authorized agent, requesting a temporary use permit, for a charity outdoor car show, under Section 400.2204.6 and Section 400.2204.7, in a C-2 (Shopping Center Business District), on land described as 58-02-030-132-31, The Kroger Plaza, 7455 Secor Road.
